  • Ascension Columbia St Marys Milwaukee

    Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Milwaukee Hospital (CSMM) is a community teaching hospital located in Milwaukee just north of downtown. The Lake Drive Campus is made up of two hospitals, the Main Hospital and Women’s Medical Center, and two large clinics, Prospect Medical Commons and Water Tower Medical Commons. Average daily inpatient census is approximately 225 patients.

  • Ascension All Saints Hospital
    Ascension All Saints Hospital is a 356-bed community hospital located in Racine, Wisconsin. Our comprehensive medical facility integrates the Pharmacy Department in every step of the medication-use process from general medicine to specialty areas including NICU/Pediatrics, Oncology, Medication Safety, Critical Care, Mental Health, Infectious Disease, Transitions of Care, and Emergency Medicine.

    Our Pharmacy Residency Program provides residents the opportunity to learn in an atmosphere that promotes educational growth through shared respect, interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care. It is designed to develop independent-minded and forward-thinking practitioners seeking to advance the practice of pharmacy in a community hospital setting.

  • Ascension NE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Elizabeth Campus

    Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital is a 352-bed community hospital located in Appleton, Wisconsin. The hospital meets a broad variety of patient needs through general care, surgical services and numerous medical specialties including cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, intensive care and obstetrics.   • Ascension St Clare's Hospital

    Serving as a regional hub, Ascension St. Clare’s Hospital in Weston (just minutes from Wausau on Highway 29) is a 110-bed acute care hospital providing a broad range of primary and specialty healthcare services including emergency, general medical surgical, critical care and obstetrical services.

  • Ascension St. Francis Hospital
    Ascension St. Francis Hospital is a community hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin which has been serving the community since 1956 while providing a scope of services including the latest in neurological disorders, cardiac care and orthopedics. The Pharmacy Residency Program at St. Francis Hospital is designed to develop independent, insightful practitioners who are effective members of health care teams and provide comprehensive pharmacy services as key members of the Pharmacy Department.

  • Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph Campus
    Affectionately known as “The Baby Hospital”, Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph Campus is a community teaching hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with extensive outpatient services, a bustling emergency department and nationally-awarded maternity and critical care services. Our hospital has been compassionately serving the community since 1879, with pharmacy residency training established in 2004. Pharmacy residents at Ascension St. Joseph Hospital are integral members of both the department and hospital and allow us to provide comprehensive pharmacy services to our patients.
