Your orientation to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare will consist of self-study materials completed prior to your arrival and a department/facility orientation on your first day of work.
Please Note: We encourage you to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers on a desktop or laptop computer as some of these orientation modules are not supported by Internet Explorer and mobile devices.
STEP ONE: CREDENTIALING CHECKLISTBefore working at a Wheaton facility, a Credentialing Checklist must be completed. Please work with your sponsoring physician and Medical Staff Office to complete/provide this information.
STEP TWO: FORMSThe following forms must be printed, completed, signed and brought with you the first day of work in order to document your orientation.
